Nathan's career in property spans over 25 years during which he has gained experience in most industry sectors. He has been a member of the RICS since 1987 and is renowned for his depth of knowledge, extensive contacts and speed to the deal.

Nathan started his career in London working as a retail and office agent for Hillier Parker (now CBRE) prior to joining Threadneedle properties as an Asset Manager. In 1995 he moved to New Zealand where he became head of retail for Jones Lang LaSalle, prior to setting up Metro Commercial in 2005.
