Murray is Matamata born and bred. Following a stint on the family sheep farm in Walton where he grew up, Murray began a career in Dairying and after starting on wages in Walton, progressed on to sharemilking in Okoroiri, Te Poi and a conversion farm in Kiwitahi.

In 1996 Murray and Wife Kaye purchased a Poultry farm near Hamilton. During this time Murray began investing in real estate and went on to join Harcourts to sell residential properties. Here, he gained numerous awards and accolades including in his first year receiving the ‘Rising Star Award’, he has since gone through to Top 20 & Top 10 awards. Murray genuinely likes to help people and has impeccable integrity and values in all his deals. He has been involved in many community and charity organisations. Murray’s hobbies include; spending time with family, music, fishing, hunting and rugby. He recently celebrated 28 years of marriage and has 3 grown children and 2 grandchildren.
Murray is really looking for returning to his rural roots and it seems a natural progression with his wide range of Farming experience to pursue a new challenge in the Rural and Lifestyle Market.
