Monty Dsor
About Monty Dsor

A long association with not only real estate, but also the people of South Auckland, award-winning agent Monty Dsor is widely respected for his dedicated service to the community. A Ray White sales veteran since 2007, Monty is highly skilled, deeply knowledgeable, and hugely committed to the work he does.

Originally from India, Monty holds a Bachelor of Economics and Master’s in Management, and speaks Hindi, Punjabi, and English. Before entering real estate, he owned and operated successful language academies and later worked in New Zealand’s FMCG sector after immigrating with his family in 2003.

Monty joined Ray White Manurewa in 2007, achieving Premier status within just two years—a remarkable feat during the challenging GFC period. Over the years he has consistently attained Elite status, earned outstanding customer satisfaction scores, and was recognised as Top Salesperson in his branch, ranking 13th nationwide for Ray White in 2013. In 2014 he moved to Ray White Papatoetoe and became a part-owner of the franchise.

In recent years, Monty expanded his expertise by working in West Auckland, gaining valuable insight into that market. This experience now allows him to offer well-rounded, strategic solutions to clients across both South and West Auckland.

Now based in Karaka, Monty lives, works, and sells across South Auckland, specialising in Drury, Papakura, Pukekohe, Karaka, and Manukau, while also assisting clients throughout West Auckland thanks to his expanded market knowledge.

Monty’s high level of professionalism, reliability, and genuine passion for helping people achieve their property goals have resulted in strong repeat business and referrals from homeowners who trust him implicitly. Highly organised, disciplined, and a strategic forward-planner, Monty tailors every campaign to suit his clients’ needs and is known for delivering outstanding results.

Supported and inspired by his wife Vivian and their two children, Aryan and Mehr, Monty values family and community. Outside work, he enjoys travelling with his family, watching cricket and rugby, and is a skilled squash player. His community contributions include school fundraising, supporting Ronald McDonald House, and participating in Christmas gift-giving initiatives such as Kids First at Middlemore Hospital.
