I am a retired solicitor who practiced in Auckland for some sixty years. In addition, I traded in real estate. I also was a founder of Gubb & Hardy Limited, a first mortgage lender, until I sold my interest in this company about six years ago. At the auction there were a number of interested parties and two of these competed so that a very satisfactory price was achieved. Mr Abdo is in my opinion in the top percentile of real estate agents that I have dealt with and I consider him to be honest, competent and extremely considerate.
