Michelle specialises in residential property as part of the experienced Bayleys Mt Eden team. She has first hand experience building and renovating property including an archetypal Mt Eden villa. Her knowledge of gaining consents and permits is second to none and is valued by clients interested in making alterations to their new homes.

Having bought and sold property of her own, Michelle understands that it is often much more than just a financial investment. She appreciates the hard work required to own a home and offers genuine and heartfelt advice to give her clients the best chance at realising their goals.
