Melissa has been involved with property management and business from a very young age.  Her parents have owned several successful businesses and are also property investors here in New Zealand and overseas. Melissa has also owned her own investment properties and her own childcare business which she ran for two years.

Melissa grew up "learning the ropes" in the industry and gained valuable knowledge in all aspects of property maintenance, renting and tenancy management.  Many times as a family they’ve painted, scraped, repaired, resurrected and cleaned rental properties that are owned by her parents.

Melissa begun in the property industry as a receptionist, office administrator and PA to a top sales person.  During her time with this company she learnt many aspects of property sales, maintenance and management. Melissa had an in depth understanding of all the systems and procedures in the office and was the "go to person" for any technical support.

As she begins this year in Property Management she is very keen to prove her aptitude in this new role.  Melissa’s parents have instilled great values, strong ethics and great customer service which she aims to bring to each and every one of her dealings.
