Melissa has always had strong ties to Southland, spending her early years here. She later moved up to Canterbury. But eventually returned to Southland, where she’s been ever since. Currently working behind the scenes in admin, Melissa is building her knowledge and experience. 

Melissa’s love for real estate and the property market goes way back, but it truly ignited when she got to see her parents go through the process of buying, renovating, and selling their home. Watching the transformation firsthand gave her an appreciation not just for property, but for the stories and dreams tied to every home. When Melissa isn’t busy with work, she loves spending quality time with friends and family, soaking up the outdoors. You’ll often find her out on the lake, enjoying everything Southland has to offer, or embracing the simple joys of farm life.
