Megan is based in Whangārei and heads the Northland team at Colliers. With nearly a decade of experience in commercial brokerage, Megan specialises in industrial, office, and retail sales and leasing. She has also completed a number of notable development land transactions in her career. Prior to moving into the property industry, Megan worked locally for ANZ bank and Henderson Reeves Solicitors. While travelling, she also worked in the accounting team at Christie’s, a private art gallery in London. Megan is a born-and-bred Whangārei local with a strong base of clients in the Northland region. Closer to home, Megan has completed a 28-lot residential subdivision on her family farm in Kamo, showcasing her broad range of knowledge across the wider property sector.
