Marlene and Mike work together as 'The Beech Team' to give quality service in order to achieve the best results for their clients. Their approach is based on what’s best for you and your property in the current market and their job is to market your property to find the buyers who will pay the most – and make sure they do! Mike has worked successfully in Real Estate for over 20 years, and is still going strong. Having started out as a rural and lifestyle property consultant he now encompasses lifestyle and residential marketing and sales. He is also involved in subdivision and development projects from plan.  Marlene completed the National Certificate in Real Estate in 2015 so has an up to date knowledge of the rules that safe guard you as a client and gives sales consultant accountability. She comes from a background in the caring professions of social work and early childhood where good outcomes for all are important. She brings her knowledge and passion for helping people to achieve their goals to this industry.  They have bought and sold a number of homes themselves and know well the importance of working with a sales consultant you can trust.  Together Marlene & Mike have four adult children they are very proud of, and three grandchildren. In their spare time they enjoy exploring this beautiful country in their campervan with their wee dog Ruby.
