Malcolm has a vast background in sales and marketing over many years, including being a top Harcourts Sales Consultant in West Auckland where he had a stellar selling career in real estate alongside his late wife, achieving over 50 million dollars of sales in seven years and ranking in the top 50 sales consultants in New Zealand for 2 consecutive years. Malcolm also has knowledge and skills in the building industry and related trades as he has been involved in building homes and in buying investment property that he has fully renovated.  He is now working alongside his new wife Ann, also a licensed Sales Consultant.  Previously a successful business owner, Ann brings considerable skill, knowledge, expertise as well as the utmost determination to excel in achieving the aims of her clients.  Ann also has a background as a registered nurse and nurse specialist / educator in cardiology with a postgraduate diploma in Health Sciences from the University of Otago.
