Maddy Aislabie joined Bayleys in 2018 and has built extensive experience across the Coromandel property market. As Operations Executive for the Glenn Tanner Team and a licensed real estate salesperson, Maddy’s sales focus is residential and lifestyle, while also working closely alongside Glenn across the team’s rural business.

Conscientious, focused and driven, Maddy is committed to achieving the best possible results for his clients. With strong communication and negotiation skills, he connects easily with people from all walks of life and ensures no stone is left unturned when it comes to achieving a successful outcome.

Having grown up in the area, Maddy brings strong local knowledge and a genuine understanding of the land and communities that make up the Coromandel. He recognises that every client and property is different and places importance on listening, adapting and providing clear communication throughout what can often be an emotional process.

Maddy also plays a key role in the day-to-day operation of the Glenn Tanner Team and the delivery of property campaigns.
