This included a five-year stint as manager of the commercial sales team in the Wellington city office. Now, Lisa’s experience over more than a decade has covered all types of property, from residential apartments and houses to investment properties, industrial to retail properties, and entire multi-unit buildings. Her own personal experience as a property owner, renovator, developer and investor enables her to relate to the perspectives of both seller and buyer alike. Her expertise extends beyond the realm of real estate, as she boasts a rich history in the world of award-winning newspapers, including 12 years as features editor, managing a team of 15 writers and editors. With more than 25 years’ experience writing, editing and designing, particularly in lifestyle and property publications, Lisa has an exacting eye to detail and is able to craft attention-grabbing marketing copy, all while meeting tight deadlines. In addition to her media career, Lisa also owned along with her late husband several renowned Wellington restaurants.
