Liam is an Associate Director at JLL specialising in commercial leasing and advisory, providing strategic advise and building relationships with corporate occupiers and institutional assets nationally. With almost 10 years experience in commercial property, Liam has successfully delivered for a broad range of clients including Oyster, Kiwi Property, Goodman, Argosy Property and Stride Property, to name a few. At all stages of the leasing negotiation process, Liam has proven to be an invaluable resource, working alongside corporate clients to assist them in reaching their critical portfolio objectives, promoting a collaborative approach to account for all key stakeholders. Liam has played an integral part of establishing the presence of the JLL New Zealand Office Leasing Advisory business over the past 8 years and is respected for his authentic approach to client engagement across more than 20,000sqm in transactions. Outside of his core role, Liam is the main organiser for JLL’s flagship charity event, Try for Charity in partnership with Keystone Trust.
