Lester’s strengths in negotiation and creating strategies to achieve customer outcomes gives vendors the confidence that their asset (and often their greatest asset) is in good hands.

Lester and Sarah ran two successful businesses in the Manawatu and Tauranga and have lived in locally with their family for the last 18 years. They have invested in a number of properties across the Bay and are keen renovators.
