If you are looking to buy or sell real estate, choose an agent that you can rely on to achieve the best results possible, contact Lea today. We decided the time was right to sell our rented house in Tikipunga, but as we now live in Auckland we didn’t know where to start with real estate companies. We spoke to a few agents but then we met Lea Rosenberg and it’s fair to say she is the best real estate agent we have come across. We have sold a few houses by different methods since moving to New Zealand 15 years ago. We were sceptical when Lea suggested an auction as we’d been through one before, however she informed us of the “Big Call Auction Campaign” and that the marketing cost was really good value. As the sign up date was fairly close, we decided to “go for it”. If it didn’t sell at auction Lea would continue marketing the house and we already felt confident we could leave it in her hands. She didn’t ask the “nosy” questions –why are you selling, how much do you want for it, so that gave her heaps of marks to start with! She worked with each party that came to view the house and actually closed a sale before the auction. Lea continuously liaised with us, our solicitor and our tenants, and did so in a calm and friendly manner. We would definitely recommend Lea to anyone, and especially for the likes of us who live out of the area.Janette & Paul Wilkinson (Whangaparaoa)Thank you for all you help, support and guidance throughout the purchase of my first property.
