Testimonials
Klarisse has been amazing to deal with right from the initial contact, strongest point is definitely the communication from her as we were never left waiting for any answers to questions we had or updates on next steps which we really appreciated. Klarisse is so friendly and personable, will miss dealing with her regularly! Absolutely loved the marketing video she created as well, really pulled the buyers in. Weekly reports were also great and detailed. Outstanding result to get an offer in the first week on the market and also the offer we went with she got us the figure we wanted after this wasn't their first offer so very very pleased with this. Overall Klarisse is a excellent agent and we would definitely deal with her again, highly recommend to anyone selling! An asset to Ray White for sure. Thanks Klarisse.- Alissa Duffy
Klarisse was amazing to work with. From the very first open home through to auction day, she kept us informed every step of the way. Her communication was honest, clear, and timely — we always knew what was happening and never had to chase her for updates. The weekly buyer feedback reports gave us a real sense of where things stood, and she handled every question and concern with professionalism. We couldn't have asked for a better agent to guide us through the process. Highly recommend!- Yoseph Bogale
Hi Klarrise and Team, Just wanted to say a BIG thank you to one of the best agents in Christchurch, Klarrise! Woohooo 🥰 She has been so helpful, accommodating, and supportive throughout our home-buying journey. Buying a home can be quite stressful, but she made everything feel so much smoother and easier for us. We really loved her positive attitude and friendly personality. She made Bas and I feel so comfortable from the beginning, and we always felt we were in good hands. We're truly grateful to have had Klarrise as our agent. She's not just our agent anymore, but also a friend, and we feel very lucky to have met her! ❤️ Thank you so much, Klarrise, for everything! We really appreciate you! 🥰- Sebastian Peden
She kept us up to date all through the process. Was very supportive of a young first home buyer. Very responsive to our random questions.- Leona Sinclair
