Kirsty’s passion for real estate ignited over 29 years ago when she joined Bayleys after a brief stint in export marketing, following the completion of her degree at Canterbury University. While marketing was Kirsty’s initial introduction to the industry, she quickly discovered her true calling in sales, beginning her career as a salesperson in 1996. Her decision proved to be great, as Kirsty was awarded Bayleys' National Rookie of the Year after her first year in sales.

After several successful years in sales, Kirsty transitioned into management, leading Bayleys' Residential & Project Marketing operations at Head Office in Auckland. Her leadership and achievements in this role paved the way for her to purchase her first Bayleys franchise office in 2007.

Today, Kirsty is the proud Director and Licensee of Mackys Real Estate Ltd, trading as Bayleys in the North, overseeing 12 offices from Silverdale through to Kerikeri. Bayleys in the North is a dedicated member of the Bayleys Realty Group and is passionate about expanding the company’s presence in the North while maintaining Bayleys’ reputation as the region’s market-leading real estate provider.
