Kim has been involved in the real estate industry specializing in rural property sales since 1988, he is Registered Valuer and associate of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand.

An accomplished auctioneer Kim has been calling successful Real Estate property auctions for over 14 years in Hawke´s Bay and throughout New Zealand and continues to do so in his own style and flair with good results and many satisfied customers.

During (2004-2011) Kim completed his contracted role as New Zealand Rural Manager to Harcourts NZ Ltd and is now working for the Regent Realty Group - the Hawke´s Bay Harcourts Company - as Taradale Branch Manager, Company Auctioneer and Group Rural Manager. Kim´s role with Regent Realty and his years of experience enables him to oversee and assist the sales teams in maximizing sales and marketing opportunities for property sellers.
