About Kim Fuhlendorff

Kim has worked in Real Estate for 14 years, starting with a large corporate company as a Licensee salesperson for 11 years. And in 2022 completed her manager’s licence.

Kim wanted to be a teacher, completing a Human Development course in 2008. Achieving good results, it gave her the people skills to work with all ages. With two young children Kim was asked to work in Real Estate as a Personal Assistant, she did and Kim has not looked back since. 2005.

Returning home Kim & her partner purchased & renovated a second home (1994). Moving to a bigger section for our children was paramount yet we in turn left NZ again for a further 14 months in Denmark. This time with their children! Kim has learnt basic German, some Danish, would love to learn Māori & Spanish eventually.

Over the years Kim has met some amazing people, watching their children grow and celebrating many milestones with them. Kim spent much of her youth in Waiuku, Franklin before travelling extensively in her 20's. Prior to this Kim bought her first home at 19 this was a big achievement even in 1987. They rented the property and proceeded to travel for 3 years. This enlightened Kim to different cultures and ways off life; Taupo is a town full of culture & diversity and moving here was a great decision.

Understanding the process behind being a homeowner is integral to Kim’s ability to help her clients through this same process. Kim loves motorcycling and knitting but not at the same time! Good Humour and good business ethics guide my goals to help all.

Whether buying or selling, Kim loves helping her clients to achieve their goals. With two daughters: one graduated from Victoria University with an Environmental Science Degree, and now owning her first home, and the other recently graduating from Auckland Chiropractic college.

Many people find buying and selling homes a stressful and frustrating endeavour, Kim has always put her fiduciary obligation first and foremost. Homeowners & buyers are always looked after, from first meeting to well after settlement.
