Katie makes us (and your property!) look and sound good and helps things run smoothly from day to day. Katie is the newest member of Rodney's team, she’s not new to the industry. Katie has had a career in marketing and spent a number of years working for Ray White’s head office in Sydney. She was a senior member of their marketing team and held the position of Customer Experience Manager for a number of years.

She spent her time there understanding the needs of real estate customers and training Ray White agents and property managers across AU + NZ on how to deliver supreme customer experience.

Katie obtained her license during COVID lockdown - what a time to jump into real estate! You’ll likely speak to Katie on the phone and she’ll often be on the end of emails as well as helping out with open homes and appointments as needed.

Life out of work:

Katie grew up just north of Auckland in Orewa, has traveled extensively and lived in Australia for a number of years where she met her husband Jordan. They made the move to Tauranga in 2016 and are supported by Katie's family close by.
