Kathy joined Harcourts Team Manawatu following a successful 9-year career in real estate as a sales consultant, and 7 years banking experience in investment advising, including property investment and mortgage applications. Originally from China, Kathy moved to Palmerston North in 2001 to study at Massey University where she achieved a Bachelor of Business, and Postgraduate Diploma of Banking Management. Kathy's philosophy on client service is the key to her success. She believes that her clients want to work with someone who has a straightforward, honest manner and who can give informed and knowledgeable advice.
