Katherine is our marketing and events coordinator for the New Plymouth and Hawera branches. She started with Bayleys back in 2017 as a PA then transition into an office administrator role. After taking a maternity break, she returned to take on a new challenge focusing on marketing and events. She has enjoyed how the role has changed and grown over the years. Working in the team and community events is a passion for Katherine and she’s looking forward to continuing to grow her relationships with our local sponsorships.

Katherine graduated university with a degree in English and Theatre and she enjoys teaching children in the community after hours and participating in the local theatre scene. Seeing the positive effects that drama can have on children’s confidence and development has been such a joy for her.

Katherine is a Can-Iwi (Canadian/Kiwi) who moved solo to New Zealand back in 2012. She lived in Auckland for 5 years before discovering and moving to beautiful Taranaki. Some of her passions are, playing with her daughter Charlotte, reading, watching films, cooking and eating great food, and getting out and enjoying all of the beautiful nature that Taranaki has to offer.
