Kate was EXCEPTIONAL to deal with!!! I have an agency in Tasmania and a number of agents working alongside me. Sadly, I don't think any are as good as Kate. My experience with Kate was text book perfect service + Kate suggested the property we purchased to my husband because it fit his criteria but hadn't been on our radar. When I was on a solo ski trip to NZ, I decided to view some properties, including the one we purchased. My car got a flat tyre on the way, I called Kate to cancel our inspection and instead she picked me up in her car, arranged to have my car towed and repaired, showed me the property and then dropped me back to my fully functioning vehicle. We were in the early stages of planning and researching the market rather than planning to sign contracts and commit to moving forward. Kate recommended a mortgage broker, shared the details of a fabulous conveyancing firm, an accountant and a couple of property managers to choose from. The above took a while and initially we missed out on the property I viewed in person. Luckily for us, the other party were slow to obtain finance, Kate stayed in touch and when the opportunity arose, with all our finance, accounting and legal concerns addressed, we were able to secure the property.
