Born and raised in Northland, Karl made the move to Auckland in 2005, where over the next 8 years he built a successful career in Sales and Key Account Management roles within the Advertising, Technology and Business Software sectors.

However, Northland has always remained “home” and with a young family to think of, Karl made the decision to relocate back to Whangarei in 2012 to pursue a career in Real Estate – and to take advantage of Northland’s more relaxed lifestyle.

Having a successful background in marketing and digital media has also helped Karl offer his clients extremely effective, high quality marketing campaigns that utilise modern marketing methods.

Outside of Real Estate, Karl is kept busy with his involvement as a volunteer in the Royal New Zealand Coastguard and, when time permits, you’ll find him out on the water – either fishing or sailing.
