After successfully completing a Bachelor of Management Studies degree with First Class Honours, Kara joined the commercial real estate industry in 2004 before becoming a part of the new NAI Harcourts branch in Hamilton. Kara is an intergral part of the Commercial team, where her focus is on the Hamilton CBD. This focus allows her to achieve a much higher level of expertise, in order to bring clients the best possible advice and service. Honest and hardworking, she has a passion and understanding in commercial property and has been involved in a large number of successful leases and sales within the Hamilton CBD. Transactions which have included Governments Departments, national retailers, local businesses and investors both large and small, including Kiwi Income Property Trust, Ministry of Justice and Annah Stretton.
