Justin Le Lievre is from a large farming family of 8, Justin was educated at St Thomas's of Canterbury College in Christchurch, excelling in rugby and tennis.

After studying at Lincoln University, he traveled to America, working in agriculture and attending the University of Minnesota. He then spent 9 months in London's foreign exchange sector before joining the NZ Police for 7½ years, including bodyguard duties for Prime Minister Jim Bolger's family.

Justin became a professional broadcaster for TAB Trackside for 13 years, then ran Le Lievre Bloodstock Ltd for a decade.

Joining Property Brokers in April 2021, Justin sold over $15 million in his first year and was nominated as a "Rising Star In Residential." He has now sold in excess of $50 million and was awarded NZ Rookie Of The Year for Property Brokers in 2022—the first South Islander to win this award.
