Julie Brake, a proud local having been born and raised in Rotorua.

Julie, with 15 years in the real estate industry, the last 9 years in sales and marketing, finds it rewarding to work with clients who are all at different stages of life. “It’s exciting and satisfying to find a new property for a client and help them achieve their particular aspirations. I strive to ease what can be a hard and stressful process and find it immensely satisfying to work with vendors to exceed their price expectations. 

Complementing her expertise and knowledge with a solid background in real estate administration management prior to commencing a sales role. Outside of real estate, Julie enjoys the offerings of Rotorua, running in the Redwood Forest, relaxing at the many lakes surrounding the city and entertaining with family and friends.
