Judy is the manager and owner of Harcourts Waipu, and has been selling property in Bream Bay since 1995. In 2011 she opened Waipu Real Estate as a stand alone company specialising in selling property in Waipu and Bream Bay. Then in December 2021 she rebranded to Harcourts. Judy has lived in Waipu for over 30 years and knows what a wonderful place it is to bring up a family. Judy's family now bring their own children back to Waipu to enjoy the beach and community.
