Joy Tang graduated from Shanghai International Studies University in English Literature. After graduating, she worked as a college teacher for five years before joining Richard's team in Feb 2014. Teaching experience helped her considerately in understanding people’s needs, communicating with different people and solving problems. Joy speaks both English and Chinese fluently allowing her to deliver the smooth service to a wider client base. Organised and efficient, she is diligent in all she does, making sure no corners are cut.
