Before entering real estate, Joy spent more than 20 years working in the health and medical sector, developing a deep understanding of people, communication, empathy and the importance of staying calm when the stakes are high. She brought these skills into real estate in 2019, joining a leading Whangarei sales team before joining the award-winning Ray White Whangarei team in January 2022.

Today, Joy helps clients across Whangarei and Northland buy and sell residential property, from first-home buyers taking their first step onto the property ladder through to families, investors and homeowners making their next move. Joy is proud to support the Northland Rescue Helicopter, an organisation that provides an essential lifesaving service to people across Northland. For Joy, supporting the rescue helicopter is a natural extension of her long-standing connection to healthcare and her belief in giving back to the community she calls home.

“Whenever I hear the rescue helicopter fly north over my house, I feel deeply grateful knowing it is heading out to save another life.
