I’m Jos Verey, a Residential Sales Consultant with Bayleys, based at the One Tree Hill office. Since entering real estate in 2013, I’ve built my business around helping people confidently navigate one of life’s biggest decisions.

Living in Māngere Bridge keeps me closely connected to the local community, while much of my work now comes through referrals and repeat clients across Auckland. That ongoing trust is something I value deeply - it reflects the relationships I build and the results I consistently deliver.

Before real estate, I owned and operated businesses in the import and export sector, working with major international retailers including Macy’s, David Jones and Harrods. Combined with my MBA in Management and Marketing, this background has shaped a strategic and client-focused approach -grounded in clear communication, considered marketing, and a commitment to achieving the best possible outcome.

I also bring a natural strength as a buyer’s agent, with a keen eye for value and the ability to identify opportunities others might miss. This perspective allows me to better understand both sides of the transaction and advocate effectively for my clients.

My personal interest in property extends beyond sales - homes I’ve owned have been featured in Next Magazine, Home & Garden, and lifestyle publications, reflecting my appreciation for design, presentation, and what makes a property truly stand out.
