Hi, I’m Jonas, your dedicated property manager at Ray White. My wife, our young daughter and I have called East Auckland home for more than a decade. We love its strong community, beaches, parks, recreational facilities and excellent schools. Outside of family time, I enjoy staying active and trying different sports, with golf my current go to whenever time allows.

My professional background is rooted in structure and strategy. I hold master’s degrees in Engineering Management and Civil Engineering, and I am a certified Project Management Professional (PMP)®. While my earlier career gave me extensive experience in engineering and project management, I have found my true passion in in property management. Alongside previously managing a commercial and residential property portfolio valued at over $200 million, I also understand the landlord’s perspective from trusting my own property to a property manager.
