Johnny has a strong customer service background, starting as a Customer Service Officer with the former NZ Income Support Service in Christchurch.  A merger with NZ Employment Service saw Johnny becoming a Case Manager, achieving excellent results - “You just have to be organised, and know what you’re doing”.  He was one of Canterbury’s top 10% Placing Case Managers and was appointed the specialised Work Broker role at a young age working closely with employers and orchestrating the team’s monthly results.
A brief relocation to Auckland led to temporary work placements across the industrial sector and a challenging Employment Manager role within a migrant job placement company.
Returning to Christchurch, Johnny gained further sales experience, supervising at an exporting company. Then as part of the City Council EQ team, he was analysing data, processing earthquake initial rapid assessments and case managing high volumes of earthquake property claims. 2012 saw him gain his real estate license through a residential internship with another company which he used as a transition into commercial real estate then joining the NAI Harcourts team.
