John loves talking about property, because from a young age John would design and draw houses he wanted to build, which shows his determination.

By the time John was 18 he had completed his first apprenticeship in flooring and achieved his trade certificate. When he was 18 ½ he started his own business and has been self-employed ever since. John entered the construction industry in his 20’s and completed a 2nd apprenticeship in carpentry, gaining his National Certificate.

Since then, John has used his skills in his trade to renovate and build many homes and helped develop properties including small sub-divisions. John is also a Licenced Building Practitioner. (LBP) John is recognised amongst his work colleagues and staff as a very skilled tradesman, a man of his word, loyal and a strong negotiator.

Throughout John’s career he has developed lasting relationships which has seen him succeed in business.
