With a focus on the “country” (lifestyle & farm) market from the Auckland Harbour Bridge - North John successfully transacted in excess of $319 million and over 13,622 hectares worth of lifestyle blocks, farms, and development land since 2009 – selling 94% of all properties he lists.

Prior to joining Bayleys, John earned a Diploma of Agriculture and a Bachelor of Commerce and Management (Marketing) at Lincoln University and worked in senior sales and marketing roles, for a number of companies with involvement in the rural sector, including Monsanto and ASB Bank.
