In 2001, Joe and his wife Sue established Progressive Realty in Ilam. While Progressive Realty maintains a strong sales focus, they have also successfully developed a large Property Management Division. Through organic growth, they currently manage over $400,000,000.00 worth of property for their loyal investors. Over the past seven years, Joe has shifted his focus towards development and building projects. His expertise in this area was exemplified in 2016 when he was given the opportunity to market and sell the Flemington subdivision. The development consisted of 650 sites, with all stages sold by January 2021. Joe’s contributions to the real estate industry go beyond his own company. He has served on the Board of First National Real Estate for the past six years, with the last two years as Chairman.
