She spent 14 years as a Property Manager, followed by two years as General Manager, before transitioning into Business Development, where she continues to drive success. Her dedication and expertise were recognized when she was awarded Ray White New Zealand’s BDM of the Year in 2024 and received an award for Outstanding Achievement across the Ray White Group in 2025.

Jessica has extensive knowledge of industry legislation and compliance and is a trusted advisor in all aspects of property management.
