Jenny Daniels has always had total commitment to customer service and doing a job well.  With over 8 years in Property Management there are many people Jenny has helped make good decisions regarding a tenancy and been proactive in overcoming what are often difficult issues.

Although Jenny is always alert, knowing with property and people, she has learnt to expect the unexpected and is regularly challenged to use her experience in resolution of the situations that arise.

Jenny’s hard work and passion demonstrate a continual commitment to high standards and her results speak for themselves in looking after both owners and tenants.  Each property managed is treated as if it is her own and her knowledge of the market and legislative requirements benefit all who need these services.

In December 2013 Jenny became General Manager and whilst still maintaining a small portfolio herself, now overviews all our property portfolio’s offering her gained wisdom and is involved in the induction of new team members to The Rent Shop to ensure the quality and commitment to the service we deliver is maintained.

A mother to two grown lads and recently a proud Nana, Jenny says her time away from work is given to family first and then the passions of painting, photography and shopping!
