As a consistent top achiever in the franchise Jay has proven over the year that he achieves results regardless of the market. His philosophy has never changed, with a focus on being honest and personable with people by giving candid information to them. This honesty, in conjunction with detailed feedback, gives sellers the necessary knowledge to make informed decisions. It sounds simple because it is, most don’t do what they promise and that’s where Jay stands out from the crowd. A little about Jay on a more personal level. Born on an island in Spain called Mallorca. Jay lived there until his family decided to peruse their passion of sailing exploring the Mediterranean. Several years later looking for greener pastures the family headed for New Zealand and settled in Kerikeri. During Jay’s time at Kerikeri High School, he enjoyed being part of the sailing team which later led him to pursue this passion further and sail with the Royal New Zealand Yacht Squadron. Spending ten years in Auckland working as a sailmaker and traveling overseas match racing. Deciding it was time to progress his career in 2017, he moved home and has never looked back.
