Over the years Jan Smal has worn many hats and walked many paths. He's served in the army, been a teacher, lecturer, managed his own farm, owned a successful shuttle business. All these hats and paths have given him the knowledge and experience to work successfully in residential sales at Harcourts Real Estate.

Jan is a people person, easily able to relate and communicate with others and his experience marketing, negotiating and auctioning cattle, sheep and diamonds on his family farm has proven invaluable in the real estate field.

His goal driven ‘give nothing short of 100%’ attitude combined with his belief in honesty, trust and integrity ensures his clients, whether vendor or buyer, walk away happy.

When not busy connecting a buyer with their new home or negotiating the best price for a vendor, Jan enjoys spending time with his family, strolling down the beautiful beaches of the East Coast Bays and playing tennis.
