I am incredibly proud to be part of Bayleys Tauranga - one of the most successful real estate teams in the Bay of Plenty. You may know that my father, Brian Waldegrave, was a founding father of Realty Services and was involved with real estate for over 40 years. Throughout my youth, I witnessed, as Realty Services grew into the industry leader it is today. We now have 20 offices nationwide and are the franchise owner for Bayleys Bay of Plenty, Waikato, and Taranaki, and Eves Real Estate in the Bay of Plenty and Waikato.

Upon Brian's retirement in 2015, my sister Rachel Waldegrave and I became Realty Services shareholders. We are enjoying the role of business ownership, and are proud to continue the Waldegrave family name through real estate in our region.

It was never really a question of if I would be involved in real estate, but more a question of when. Growing up surrounded by the business, it was a natural progression. My "when" came in 2008, and after five years travelling, living, and working overseas, my real estate career began. Since then, I have watched the market go through many cycles and gained a considerable amount of knowledge and experience.

Having owned and sold property, I understand the process and empathise with the emotion and stress involved. One of the most important things I learnt from my father is that our business is about personal relationships. He often tells me, people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.

Honesty, empathy, and excellent communication are among my strong points, and I've had proven success in delivering strategic, targeted marketing programmes - efficiently and effectively - with successful results. These qualities not only set me apart but add tremendous value to my clients.

My passion lies in historical, character homes, and I love living and working as a specialist in the Avenues. Born and bred in Tauranga, I attended Tauranga Boys College, live in Edgecumbe Road, and am well networked within the local business community. I am a Father to Theodore (6), am an avid sports lover, and in my spare time, enjoy surfing, golf, cricket, fishing, and catching up with family and friends.
