Howard has spent 30 years in the property industry, graduating from the University of Auckland with a degree in Accounting and Marketing. After 2 years in financial accounting he started his journey into Real Estate and the rest as they say is history. For the first 2 decades he worked closely with most of Auckland's developers, designing, selling down projects from Rotorua to Auckland to Queenstown. He also has experience with property exhibitions in Singapore and French Polynesia. Offshore demand for New Zealand developments enabled Howard to build and maintain business networks in Asia, French Polynesia and throughout New Zealand.

Howard now works in a small multi-lingual team and takes on all types of property, residential homes, townhouses, units, apartments and more recently mortgagee sales. With his raft of knowledge he is able to tackle any situation that is thrown at him.

Howard has personally been involved in excess of $400 million of settled sales and maintains an extensive database of owners which he has built up over a long established period of time.

He now has the fortune to work with a lot of his client's children carrying on their property journey with the next generation.
