Heather considers herself a true Oamaruvian and has lived in and served the local community since December 2006, after arriving from South Africa along with her immediate family. Heather has two adult children, a son-in law and two beautiful grand children. As part of her community involvement over the years, she has been involved and supported, St Kevins School PTA, The local Jazz festival, St John, Relay for life, toot for tucker, the Oamaru Colour run, Waitaki migrants, Waitaki new comers, Pink ribbon in support of breast cancer, Movember in support of prostrate cancer, the renown Victorian week, the popular Steam punk celebrations, anti family violence – “its not okay”, community food vouchers, Custom house art gallery, North Otago Golf course, Cure kids and JOT – “just one thing” The saying goes “ if you want something done, give it to a busy person. Heather first qualified in Real Estate in South Africa in 1986 and has experienced the global highs and lows in Real Estate, marketing new Developments, Residential , commercial and rural properties. Heather qualified as a certified Residential specialist (CRS) (SA) in 1990. Heather has served the Oamaru community with their Real Estate needs since 2008 serving in the same office until November 2023. Heather gained her Branch managers license and managed the office for 12 years. Heather is also a qualified life coach. Heather believes Real Estate, anywhere in the world has some basic principals: good marketing, Service excellence, honesty, knowledge and hard work and strives to deliver these to her community.
