Long-time Pauanui resident Hayden Roe ("Neebsie") is a familiar and well-regarded face in our community, with a deep knowledge of Pauanui, its properties and what the lifestyle here is all about.

You may know Hayden and his wife Erin from Pauanui’s Outback Surf Shop and the Outback Surf School, which they have owned and operated for ten years. Previously, Hayden ran the Pauanui Landscapes business, and he puts his Postgraduate Diploma in Strength and Conditioning to work on the rugby field – coaching club rugby in both Tairua and Thames, also having been a former head coach for Thames Valley Swamp Foxes.

Home is canal-side in the Pauanui Waterways. Hayden has four children and two granddaughters and loves surfing, fishing, golf and Pauanui’s relaxed beach atmosphere and the people he meets here in town.
