Hadley has spent 17 years in real estate, the last 10 servicing Franklin and the North Waikato. Before that, he cut his teeth in the livestock industry — starting out with Wrightson's, then running his own livestock company, a bull-fattening farm, and a kiwifruit block in Te Kauwhata. He's also grown watermelon and pumpkins. That background shows up in how he works: he listens first, doesn't push his own agenda, and negotiates hard for his clients — not himself. Hadley lives in Totara Park with his wife, and they've raised three boys, now grown. Outside of work, he's a rugby, cricket and F1 fan, keen fisherman, and sits on the finance committee at the Maraetai Bach Boat Club.
