Gerard grew up in the Garden City and was involved with real estate from a young age. He graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Lincoln University, majoring in property valuation and is a licensed real estate agent.
Gerard began his real estate career with New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty in Queenstown in 2015 and has recently returned to Christchurch. During his time in Queenstown, he achieved many street and suburb records and negotiated the sale of some of the region’s most impressive properties – and won numerous company awards along the way.
