Geoff is passionate about assisting people to achieve highly positive outcomes in their real estate dealings, whether this involves the sale of residential or commercial property. He is very comfortable working across wide ranging property types.

With over 50 years’ NZ wide experience in the property industry has spanned employment in the valuation, property management, property development and residential and commercial real estate agency sectors.

As an independent property consultant he has provided commercial property advice to organisations such as AMP Society, Environmental Science and Research (ESR), Farmers Trading Company, Lion Nathan Ltd, Methodist Church Trust Board and The Salvation Army.

In the commercial development sector Geoff has been employed as a development manager by Fletcher Development & Construction and Baker Developments Limited working both in Wellington and Auckland.

Through his qualifications as an Urban Valuer, Licensed Salesperson and Past National President of the NZ Property and Land Economy Institute Geoff offers his clients a wide range of property technical skills, strong negotiating capability and a culture of absolute commitment, professionalism and integrity.

After working for Bayleys Real Estate in Auckland selling and leasing a wide range of commercial properties, Geoff and his wife Colleen took the decision to move to the Coromandel Peninsula in 2014.

Geoff has enjoyed selling a mix of residential and commercial properties around the Thames district where in his words “the lifestyle is superb!”
