Gavin runs a deliberately boutique real estate business, just 3-4 listings at a time - so every vendor and buyer deals with him directly, start to finish. With over eight years in real estate, a 16-year career in prestige motor vehicle sales before that, and roots in hospitality, he brings a level of polish and negotiation skill that's earned him a business built almost entirely on referrals and repeat clients. Raised in North Canterbury and after 12 years in Brisbane, Gavin and his wife returned to Rangiora in 2017 following a miracle IVF baby daughter, wanting her raised with the same family values they grew up with.
