Before entering real estate, I spent over 10 years with one of New Zealands largest retail companies. Starting as a team member and progressing into an Operations Manager role, I developed strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Working in a fast-paced retail environment taught me how to navigate complex challenges, meet demanding deadlines, and consistently deliver results. Along the way, I gained valuable experience in marketing, sales coordination, relationship management and building strong connections with both customers and team members. 

My passion for real estate began when I purchased my first home. The experience I had with my agent was exceptional and left a lasting impression on me. The sense of achievement and happiness I felt when I received the keys to my home was unforgettable.
