Having resided in Tauranga since 1959 I was educated and have spent my working life in Tauranga and Mt Maunganui. My working career started in the ANZ Bank where I spent four years, the next nine years costing/planning for a large company before moving in to the Real estate Industry in 1979 the last twenty four years as a Property Manager. My philosophy in dealing with rental properties is to treat them as if they were my own properties, if I was happy to place a tenant in my property then I would be happy to place them in yours. With this outlook I have had very few problems over the years and know this will continue. I am totally honest in my dealings with people and have employed staff that are totally dedicated to their work and share views similar to myself.
